The OSHA connections

Employers are under a statutory obligation under Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.  Drug & Alcohol testing can form part of this obligation.  People in the workplace under the influence of drugs and alcohol may pose a risk either through accident caused by drug abuse or even in some cases aggression.

MOTOR CARRIERS:  On Site will Respond to wherever your driver is for Random,  Post-Accident Drug collection, and/or BAT Test.  We hope the driver doesn't need us but we are available just in case.
